Aqua mission 1 was my first aqua mission ever, I used a bcd. It is a buoyancy control i swam through a hula hoop and my tank got caught the instructor  helped me, there were sinkers items to fetch under water. I learnt some hand. signals liked up and down okay so I somethings is wrong and stopped.

We also learnt how to read our air gauge it looks like a watch but it important as it tells you how much air you left. You have to keep checking and show the instructor hand signal so they know much air you have.

We had to learn to equalise this stops your ears hurting as you get deeper.
